1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ab4life.com or using any AB4Life LLC ("AB4Life," "we," "us") resource, product, or session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. What AB4Life Is — and Is Not

AB4Life provides faith-based personal growth resources, reflection tools, and Clarity & Release Sessions to support emotional clarity and purpose alignment.

AB4Life is not therapy, counseling, psychological care, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis services. If you are in crisis or need professional care, please contact a licensed provider or, in the U.S., dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or book sessions.

4. Sessions

• Sessions are private, faith-anchored conversations and not a substitute for professional care.
• You are responsible for arriving on time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
• Reschedule requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance by emailing an-g@ab4life.com.
• AB4Life may decline or end a session if it falls outside the scope of our services.

5. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due at booking or purchase.
• Sessions: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Digital products (workbooks, planners, guides, templates) are non-refundable once delivered, due to their nature.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, resources, workbooks, and materials provided by AB4Life are owned by AB4Life LLC and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use AB4Life respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to refuse service, end a session, or revoke access for abusive, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

8. Disclaimers

AB4Life resources and sessions are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, transformation, healing, income, or results. Your growth depends on many personal factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AB4Life LLC, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, resources, or sessions. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid AB4Life in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of AB4Life is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AB4Life LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated Terms.
